Biography

Overview

Liz is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance practice group based in the Firm's London office. Liz has experience advising banks, alternative credit providers, private equity investors and corporates in relation to a wide range of finance transactions including leveraged acquisition finance, general bank lending and financial restructurings.

Liz trained with the Firm. As a trainee, she went on a client secondment to a leading credit-oriented alternative asset manager and has spent six months in the Firm's Singapore office.

Experience

Representative transactions include advising:

Swissport, a multinational cargo/airport ground services provider, on their debt restructuring and new financing process including a new €500 million term loan facility and up to €200 million revolving facility.

The lead arrangers and lenders in connection with the acquisition of House of Creed by BlackRock’s Long Term Private Capital. The debt financing consisted of a €250 million TLB facility and a €60 million revolving credit facility.
