She advises on all aspects of international asset finance and leasing, and has recent experience of portfolio acquisitions and financings, secured debt financings, operating leases and ECA-supported financings.
Her client list is truly international and includes several of the world's largest leasing companies, operators and banks.
Louise has spent time on secondment in the London office of Angel Trains. Having spent three years in our Paris office, she returned to London in 2014.
Louise advised Alpha Trains on its establishment of an investment grade €1.125 billion common terms financing platform, comprising the issuance of €350 million bonds listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (the first investment grade continental European rolling stock bond issue), the raising of €525 million secured bank financing and a €250 million senior private placement offering as well as a €125 million junior private placement offering.
Louise acted for Deutsche Bank on the portfolio financing of various turboprop aircraft acquired by a European start-up operating lessor, on lease worldwide.
Louise acted for Deutsche Bank on the secured debt financing of two Airbus aircraft leased by AWAS.
Louise advised Alpha Trains on its acquisition of a portfolio of 202 cross-border rolling stock assets in a combined asset and share sale-transaction, and on the secured debt financing thereof, involving 10 European jurisdictions.
Louise led the ECA-supported financing of four Airbus aircraft for Air Arabia and associated sub-leasing arrangements.
Louise advised on the PDP financing of five Boeing aircraft for Air Europa, utilising an innovative security structure.
Louise advised Bank of America as arranger and lessor on an innovative lease/service contract financing of heavy mobile equipment for a French aggregates company, which was rolled out in the UK, the US and Canada.
Louise advised on the ECA-supported refinancing of three aircraft and delivery financing of five aircraft, for Gulf Air.
