Biography
Overview
Lucy Bullock is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London, specializing in Private Equity, with a focus on advising sponsor-held portfolio companies from buy-out to exit.
Lucy advises portfolio companies in connection with their capital structures, consortia coinvestment terms, equity recapitalisations, management equity incentive schemes, international reorganisations, post-completion matters following a sponsor buyout, exit preparations and exits.
Lucy also regularly advises companies on their day-to-day general matters including governance and compliance matters and is often the "outsourced" general counsel for a number of companies.

Representation of Triton Partners on its £1.3 billion recommended takeover offer for Clinigen Group plc through funds managed by Triton.
Representation of Avast plc, the FTSE100 global leader in digital security and privacy, on its proposed US$9.2 billion merger with NortonLifeLock Inc.
Representation of CVC Growth on its significant investment in Brightstarr Group (t/a Unily).
Representation of Alvogen in connection with the deSPAC of Alvotech with a Nasdaq-listed SPAC formed by Oaktree Capital Management for an enterprise value to Alvotech of $2.25 billion.
Represenation of Alvogen on the sale of its CEE business to Zentiva.
