Mayce is an associate at White & Case in Riyadh.

Mayce's practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring across various jurisdictions and a number of industry sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mayce worked at an international law firm based in Jordan and trained in both their London and Jordan offices.

Experience

Representative transactions include advising:

  • Advising the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company (RVCMC), a subsidiary of the PIF, on holding the largest auction for the sale of carbon credits.
  • Advising MSB Holding Co. on the sale of a stake in Fundamental Installation for Electric Work Co. Ltd. (First Fix) to Red Sea International Co. (RSI).
  • Advising the Events Investment Fund on its acquisition of a stake in Informa Saudi Arabia Limited (Tahaluf), a Saudi company that organizes large-scale live events.
  • Advising a multinational food and beverage processing conglomerate in restructuring their corporate structures in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan by acquiring the stakes held by the local shareholders in the relevant jurisdictions.*
  • Advising Siniora Food Industries PLC, a company listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, on its acquisition of its acquisition of a 77% stake in Polonez - Trakya Et ve Sut Urunleri San. ve Tic. A.S., a Turkish processed meat products company.*
  • Advising OpenSooq.com on the USD24 million funding round led by the Saudi Jordanian Investment Fund.*
  • Advising Foursan Group, a private equity firm, on its acquisition of: (i) a 49% stake in Jo Academy, a leading online private tutoring platform based in Jordan; (ii) a 49% stake in Baida Pack, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging products; and (ii) a minority stake in a Cayman based entity "MenaITech" specializing in HR technology solutions and cloud technology with operations, subsidiaries and branches in KSA, the UAE and Jordan.*
