Overview

Michael is an associate in the Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on intellectual property and technology matters with an emphasis on patent litigation. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a mechanical engineer for six years in the electronic manufacturing industry.

Michael received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as Senior Production Editor of the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Susan Illston of the Northern District of California. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Michael is admitted to practice law in California. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
