Michael Fitzpatrick is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Michael has extensive experience advising across a broad range of corporate matters for both domestic and international clients including public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate governance and advisory matters.
Michael is admitted to practice in Western Australia and has extensive listed company takeovers and equity capital markets experience obtained in the Australian market.
