UNIWHEELS AG: represented Dom Maklerski mBanku S.A. acting as the global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint offering agent, mBank S.A. acting as the underwriter and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. acting as the joint bookrunner, joint offering agent and underwriter, on the PLN 504 million (US$140 million) initial public offering and listing of shares of Uniwheels AG on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It was the largest IPO in Poland in 2015.

P4 sp. z o.o.: represented a Poland-based mobile telecoms operator in a tap issuance involving a high yield bond offering of an additional EUR 125 million.

Grupa DUON S.A.: represented Grupa DUON S.A., an independent supplier of gas and electricity, in connection with the issuance of PLN 30 million series A bearer bonds.

Synthos S.A.: represented Synthos S.A., one of the leading manufacturers of chemical raw materials in Central and Eastern Europe, in connection with the Reg S/Rule 144A issuance and sale of EUR 350 million Senior Notes due 2021.

Synthos S.A.: represented Synthos S.A., in its EUR 50 million tap offering of its Senior Notes due 2021.

Advised clients from various sectors including mining and healthcare on planned high yield bond offerings and initial public offerings.

HP Pelzer Holding GmbH (Adler Group): advised Polish subsidiaries in the high yield offering of €230 million, 7.5 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2021.

Penta Investments a.s: advised the client in connection with an equity investment in NFI EMPIK Media & Fashion S.A. in a joint venture with Eastbridge.
