Oliver has a wide range of transactional and advisory experience advising corporate and individual clients on direct and indirect tax aspects of corporate and financing transactions, including: asset and share acquisitions and disposals; corporate restructures; structured cross-border lending; optimal deployment of capital and efficient capital repatriation. His clients include multi-national companies, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining White & Case in August 2015, Oliver spent four years working in the international tax services team at EY, focusing on the financial services sector.
