Acting for Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as acceding facility agent, in connection with the refinancing, by way of an amendment and restatement, of an existing English law, US syndicated Senior Facility Agreement for Firth Rixson, one of the world leaders in aero-engine and high technology manufacturing. The amendment and restatement provided for (i) term loan B facilities of US$420 million and £180 million, and (ii) a US Dollar denominated multi-currency revolving credit facility of US$120 million.
Acting for Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and ICICI Bank Limited, Singapore Branch, the mandated lead arrangers, in a US$425 million loan to PT Mitratama Perkasa (PTMP), guaranteed by PT Nusantara Pratamah Indah.
