Biography
Overview
Rafael Galvez is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.
Rafael advises financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity funds and private debt funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has a particular focus on acquisition finance, including syndicated finance, leveraged finance, unitranche and mezzanine financings.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2023, Rafael acquired experience at other major international law firms in Paris.
Experience
Blackstone Credit, Sixth Street, Park Square Capital, SMBC and the other term financiers on CVC Capital Partners' acquisition of a majority interest in Sogelink Group, a leading European provider of software solutions for infrastructure, construction and property management professionals.
