Sarah is an Associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in Melbourne. She advises clients on the development, construction and maintenance of major infrastructure and construction projects, with a particular focus on transport and energy.
Experience
Advised the TESA Education consortium for the project financing, construction, and maintenance of two schools at Angle Vale and Aldinga with the State of South Australia.
Advised AusNet Services Group on its successful bid to the Australian Energy Market Operator to build, own and operate the contestable assets for the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project.
Advising Transurban in relation to the AUD6.7 billion market led proposal to the Victorian Government to deliver the West Gate Tunnel project in Victoria, Australia.
Advised ESCO Pacific in relation to the development of the Finley Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia.
Advised Neoen in relation to the development of the Bulgana Green Power Hub in Victoria, Australia and the expansion and project financing of the Hornsdale Power Reserve in South Australia.
