Representing the claimant in B3 Croatian Courier Cooperatif U.A v. Croatia, an ICSID arbitration under the Netherlands-Croatia BIT relating to the claimant's investment in the Croatian postal market.

Representing Hungary in Vigotop Ltd. v. Hungary, an ICSID arbitration under the Hungary-Cyprus bilateral investment treaty relating to the alleged expropriation of a casino resort project.

Representing the State of Ukraine in its application to annul the award in Joseph C. Lemire v. Ukraine, ICSID No. ARB/06/18.

Representing and advising several European gas buyers in price review disputes under long-term supply contracts.

Advising a major Middle Eastern gas supplier in connection with a potential gas price review arbitration under a long-term supply contract.

Representing a former CIS state-owned gas company in a dispute concerning the sale, transit and storage of natural gas.
