Taylor has represented clients in a variety of contentious matters at jury and non-jury trials, appeals, binding arbitration, and mediation. His experience includes a broad range of disputes, including consumer class actions, contract disputes, business torts, bankruptcy actions, trust and probate claims, and employment claims.
