Teddy's practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties, joint venture formations, and financings for private equity clients. Teddy regularly advises clients in all aspects of limited partnership and limited liability company formation and large single asset and portfolio acquisitions and financings.
