Thomas Flynn is an associate in White & Case's Singapore and Silicon Valley offices and a member of the firm's intellectual property and competition practice groups. His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in a broad range of intellectual property matters, with experience in patent, trademark, and copyright law, as well as cases that combine intellectual property and antitrust. Mr. Flynn’s clients are leading companies in the e-commerce, computer software, computer hardware, financial services, semiconductor, and consumer electronics industries.

Mr. Flynn’s litigation experience includes representing clients in numerous U.S. District Courts, the Federal Circuit, and at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to litigation, Mr. Flynn assists clients with transactional matters related to intellectual property, including licensing, acquisitions, and settlements.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Flynn worked at the Institute for International Economics in Washington, DC, specializing in international trade and Chinese monetary policy.
