Overview

Tiffany is a Senior Associate practising in Corporate / M&A in White & Case's Melbourne office.

Tiffany has acted on range of public and private M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients across a range of industries, including infrastructure, renewable energy and mining and resources. Tiffany has experience advising on private equity transactions, shareholder arrangements, private placements, corporate governance and regulatory matters, including Australia's foreign direct investment regime.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tiffany was a solicitor in the Corporate / M&A team of a leading Australian law firm.

Examples of Tiffany's experience includes advising:

China's Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd on a joint venture with global automaker Ford Motor Company and nickel producer PT Vale Indonesia Tbk to invest in a High-Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) Project in Indonesia. The transaction was shortlisted for the M&A Deal of the Year by ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2023.

Brookfield's Global Transition Fund on its participation in a consortium with Grok Ventures, formed in respect of an A$8.5 billion takeover proposal to power producer AGL Energy Limited.

Brookfield Infrastructure on the A$1.2 billion sale of the Port of Geelong, the leading bulk port in Victoria, Australia.

Global asset manager First Sentier Investors on its A$646 million acquisition of John Laing's Australian 517MW wind farm portfolio.

Australian investment manager Palisade Investment Partners and First Sentier Investors on the acquisition of a 50% interest in the 420MW Macarthur Wind Farm - Australia's second-largest operating wind farm.
