Overview
Tony Brown is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. He has featured in The Legal 500 UK for private equity transactions.
Tony has extensive experience advising private equity houses, financial sponsor clients and management teams on a range of complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and public offerings. He also focuses on real estate M&A, having acted for large institutional real estate funds on a number of major transactions in the sector.
