White & Case Advises the Swedish Group Point International on Acquisition and Financing Issues

Paris, December 9, 2010 ... White & Case LLP advised Point International on the acquisition and financing of Xileo Transaction System, a French leader in electronic payment services, health, and digital certification.

The Swedish group Point international is one of the most important providers of electronic retail payment solutions in Europe. The group is now established in UK, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Island, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden (Headquarter) and has more than 600 employees.

For Point International, this acquisition represents an opportunity to expand in the french market through its subsidiary XTS Holding that made this acquisition.
