White & Case Advises on Mid Europa Acquisition

New York, March 17, 2008 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP represented Mid Europa Partners and its portfolio company, The Wheelabrator Group, as the successful bidders in a competitive auction for Denmark-based DISA Holding.

Mid Europa has agreed to acquire 100% of DISA, a leading participant in the global moulding and metal surface preparation markets, from Procuritas Capital Investors III. The change of ownership is subject to approval from antitrust authorities.

"This deal capitalized on the vast network of White & Case — it involved lawyers from 13 White & Case offices, as well as local counsel in Denmark, Switzerland and India," said M&A partner Oliver Brahmst, who led the White & Case team.
