White & Case Acts on $1 Billion Private Placement for Calpine
May 20, 2009 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Calpine Corporation on a $1.0 billion private placement of senior secured notes by its wholly owned subsidiaries, Calpine Construction Finance Company, L.P. and CCFC Finance Corp.
