White & Case Advised MBI International & Partners for the Completion of Two Towers in Levallois

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised MBI International & Partners in connection with its investment of over one billion euros for the construction of two 38 storey towers along the River Seine in Levallois, France. The agreement was signed June 30 between the President of MBI International & Partners and the Mayor of Levallois in the presence of Christine Lagarde, French Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment.
MBI International & Partners is a global group of companies, with an asset value in excess of $6.6 billion, owned by the businessman Sheikh Mohamed Bin Issa Al Jaber. The group operates across Europe, the Middle East and the United States and employs 11,000 people.
The project, whose total area is 125,000 meters squared, is one of the most important investments in the Paris region. The towers, which are due to be completed by the end of 2012, will be built according to standard HQE (High Environmental Quality) requirements and will include 82,000 meters of office space, a luxury hotel, gourmet restaurant, a swimming pool, spa and a six level parking lot.
