SEC Proposes Reporting Requirements for Private Fund Investment Advisers to Provide Systemic Risk Data to the FSOC

The Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") recently proposed a rule that would require SEC-registered investment advisers to private funds to report specified financial, operational and portfolio information regarding the private funds they advise.
