International Arbitration Practice Top in AmLaw Scorecard

White & Case's International Arbitration practice has been ranked as a first tier firm in an authoritative survey of the market by American Lawyer magazine.

In the 2007 Arbitration Scorecard, a special report which is published every two years, White & Case was recognized for its role on 21 different major arbitrations — nine of them treaty arbitrations, and 12 of them contract arbitrations.

The global ranking is based on information provided by participating law firms and supplemented by American Lawyer's own research, including arbitration and court papers, securities disclosures, and media reports.

Overall, details of 228 arbitrations were collected. Among them are 117 treaty disputes with stakes of at least $100 million, and 111 contract disputes with stakes of at least $200 million.
