White & Case Partner Named in Global Competition Review's 40 Under 40

Leading competition publication Global Competition Review has named partner James Killick in its '40 under 40' survey.  The survey, which is carried out every five years, ranks the world's leading 40 competition lawyers that are under the age of 40.

Competition to be included in the list was fierce, with more than 1,000 practitioners being nominated.  Votes were cast by over 1,100 leading lawyers, all listed in GCR's sister publication The International Who's Who of Competition Lawyers, with the nominees with the most votes making the final top 40.  To read the full article, click here. 

Killick, who is based in White & Case's Brussels office, focuses his practice on litigation, advisory work and merger filings.  Initially a barrister in London, he was attracted to the competition arena on account of its variety and the ability of cases to raise interesting economic and policy issues.
