Eight Partners Recommended in Annual Arbitration Guide

The latest edition of the annual International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration, published by Who's Who Legal, features eight White & Case partners and names the Firm as one of the top three "global players" in arbitration.

Inclusion in Who's Who Legal guides is based on recommendations from peers and clients.

In Paris, Stephen Bond is described as the "crème de la crème" and was also included in an overall list of the top 20 arbitration practitioners worldwide. Christopher Seppala was recognized as the "leading construction arbitration specialist in Paris," and Michael Polkinghorne was noted for his prominence in energy and infrastructure disputes.

Carolyn Lamm and Abby Cohen Smutny (Washington DC) also feature prominently and were commended for having helped the government of the Philippines defend a claim brought by a German airport developer. Paul Friedland (New York) was described as "fantastic."

Claes Zettermarck (Stockholm) is "definitely top tier" and Kim Rooney (Hong Kong) is noted for her high profile in Hong Kong.
