Scott Greissman's legal practice covers a range of finance matters, with a particular emphasis on out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 proceedings. He has been involved in all aspects of the negotiation and documentation of finance transactions and restructurings, in the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 cases and in related litigation.

Prior to joining White & Case LLP in January of 2004, Mr. Greissman practiced for six years at a prominent New York City law firm representing financial institutions in a wide range of finance transactions, out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. After law school, Mr. Greissman served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Jerome Feller, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
