Practice Experience
Fredrik Schultz's practice is mainly in Litigation & Arbitration, Construction, Real Estate and Employment and Labor Law. Prior to joining White & Case in 1988, Fredrik served in the Swedish court system including the Courts of Appeal in Gothenburg and Stockholm.

Fredrik has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing construction contracts on a national and international level. Further, Fredrik has an excellent reputation as a litigator in the Stockholm market. He has participated in numerous high profile construction disputes, representing clients such as Siemens, NCC AB, Nordic Water Products, NVS Installation AB and YIT. Fredrik has also represented a large number of clients in labor law disputes.

Fredrik works with procurement matters on a regular basis. For example, he assisted transportation company MTR Corporation in its successful tender for the contract to operate the subway in Stockholm, a deal worth US$2.4 billion.

Fredrik has also been involved in a number of major real estate transactions. His clients have included GE Real Estate, Nordic Capital and Carestel. Fredrik has greatly contributed to successful efforts to develop a real estate practice in Stockholm, and has established himself as the preeminent lawyer in the Stockholm office for labor law and property law.
