Practice Experience
Mats Boman concentrates on general corporate and commercial Law, telecommunications and technology, M&A and corporate transactions.

Mats has advised leading Swedish and international corporations, financial institutions and other organizations in mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and systems integration transactions and reorganizations both domestically and cross-border, with an emphasis on transactions within the finance and technology sectors.

He has represented multinational clients in acquisitions, major contract negotiations, joint ventures, finance transactions, corporate reorganizations and technology transactions in Europe and the United States.

His recent experience includes:

Representation of Flextronics International Limited in connection with a corporate reorganization and its sale of Flextronics Holding UK Limited and Flextronics Group Sweden AB to a group of Swedish investors.
Representation of a global producer of confectionary in connection with a major internal reorganization involving several European countries.
Representation of Sykes Enterprises in connection with a logistic and IT-communication outsourcing transaction with Scandinavian Airlines covering several Nordic countries.
Represented DnB NOR in its acquisition of Skandia bank's car financing operations in Sweden and Norway.
Represented Handelsbanken in connection with its divestment of the shares in SPP Livförsäkring AB and certain other indirect subsidiaries to Storebrand.
Represented Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, in connection with the acquisition of the shares and warrants in AnoxKaldnes Global AB (publ), partly through a SPA (the A-shareholders), partly through an offer to the B-shareholders and holders of warrants.
Represented Jeffries Broadview, the financial adviser to Protect Data, in connection with the recommended public offer made by Check Point Holdings to acquire the entire share capital of Protect Data.
