Asia: We have been actively advising clients in the Asia-Pacific region for more than a quarter of a century, and we are recognized for our accomplishments in transfer pricing, corporate mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and joint ventures in the region. We also provide counsel on inbound and outbound syndicated investment structures and tax-planning strategies in light of recent tax reforms and changes in tax incentives affecting foreign investors in China.
