Tobias Heinrich is a Local Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of White & Case's Frankfurt office.

He focuses on the representation of corporate clients, strategic and financial investors and banks on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate and contractual joint ventures. Furthermore, Tobias Heinrich has a broad experience in capital market and stock corporation law, domestic and European securities regulation as well as banking supervisory law. He has advised on numerous capital measures of listed companies.
