Trademark and Licensing Issues: Increasing Your Bottom Line in 2011
February 3, 2011
Palo Alto

This discussion will review trademark and licensing issues in the pipeline for 2011 that can have an effect on your company's bottom line. The panel will examine the cases that have evaluated Google's AdWords Program, which allows advertisers to purchase keywords to cause a Sponsored Link to their website to appear whenever a user searches on Google for certain keywords. The panel will also provide tips for drafting license agreements to ensure that your company's interests are best protected, and discuss non-traditional advertising forums, like virtual worlds, which may present new opportunities to market and promote your brands.
