Practice Experience

Mr. Castro is an associate in the Firm's New York office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation surrounding large institutional clients, corporations, and commercial banks. In particular, Mr. Castro has worked extensively over the last few years on matters and issues related to the dissolution of the world’s credit markets.

Over his tenure at the Firm, Mr. Castro has worked on numerous adversary proceedings connected to recent bankruptcies and restructurings. In addition, Mr. Castro has assisted in the successful representation of Firm clients in a myriad of other claims, including RICO, fraud, and contractual based disputes.
