Adnan Chida is a corporate associate in the Firm's London office and has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Examples of representations include:

• Dice Holdings, Inc. in relation to its cash/share offer to acquire the holding company for the online recruitment businesses operated by eFinancial Careers Limited.
• BAA Limited on the sale of its stake in Budapest Airport to a consortium led by HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH for £1.309 billion.
• Deutsche Bank in connection with its Turkish residential mortgage joint venture with the Dogan Group.
• Weather Investments in relation to its’ acquisition of TIM Hellas, a Greek mobile telecommunications company, from the Apax and the TPG groups.

Adnan has also spent time at the Firm's Singapore office, where he was involved in a number of transactions in the oil and gas sector.
