Alexander Dlouhy advises national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as infrastructure projects.

He particularly focuses on the energy sector. Alexander Dlouhy advises energy suppliers and investors on M&A transactions, restructurings, unbundling and joint ventures as well as energy projects such as conventional power plants, renewable energy projects and gas storage facilities. He also advises on energy supply, maintenance and operational management agreements.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2004, Alexander Dlouhy worked for another leading international law firm.
