Anja Giesen's main area of practice is Real Estate Law.

Anja Giesen is acting for national and international investors and financial institutions in purchasing, sale and development of real estate and real estate portfolios, including special real estate (e.g. nursing homes). Her advice includes corporate and commercial lease law matters as well as the financing of such real estate transactions. Furthermore Anja has experience in Sale-and-Lease-Back Structures as well as purchasing real estate and other assets during insolvency proceedings.

Before joining White & Case in 2006 during her legal clerkship Anja Giesen worked for a Canadian law firm with main focus on civil law matters.
