Aimee Hassell is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of the London office of White & Case and has experience in international mergers and equity and debt capital markets.

Examples of recent representations include:

• Acting for a UK fragrance distributor and retailer on its proposed admission to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange; 
• Acting for Merrill Lynch International as global co-ordinator of the Prague and London listings of Zentiva N.V.; 
• Acting for Starwood Capital in its public tender offer, together with Kerzner International and Waterford Group, for Wembley plc; 
• Acting for Merrill Lynch on Rosbank (OJSC JSCB) (Russia) – US$75 million Class 2004 9.75% Structured Receivables Notes (consolidated and forming a single series with the US$225 million Class 2004 9.75% Structured Receivables Notes) issued by Russia International Card Finance S.A.; and
• Acting for Starwood Capital Group on its €2.6 billion acquisition of  France's famed Groupe Taittinger and Société du Louvre, owners and operators of luxury and economy hotels, Taittinger Champagne, Baccarat Crystal and Annick Goutal Perfume.
