Andreas Stilcken acts as co-head of White & Case's M&A/Private Equity practice group in Germany.

His principal areas of practice are cross-border mergers and acquisitions, LBO's and joint ventures. He regularly works for numerous financial sponsors and Fortune 500 companies as their German M&A counsel (often coordinating pan-European acquisitions, involving several jurisdictions inside and outside Europe).

He has many years of experience in representing foreign strategic and financial buyers in their efforts to acquire enterprises in Germany, both from large German conglomerates and private Mittelstand owners.

Mr. Stilcken has gained considerable industry expertise in the automotive and industrial sector.

Recently, Mr. Stilcken has been involved in acquisitions and divestitures for Nordic Capital, Halder, Cognetas, DBAG, SiC Processing, Textron, LSG Skychefs, Norske Skog, Vinci and Sberbank.
