Ari Tenzer is an associate in the Miami office. Mr. Tenzer's areas of practice include the sale, acquisition, development and financing of real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Tenzer recently represented the Babcock family in connection with its sale of the Babcock Florida Company (owner of 91,000 acres in Southwest Florida) and Walton Street Capital, LLC in connection with its acquisition of the PGA National Resort & Spa.
