Mr. Wactlar is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property practice group.  He assists clients with complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and white collar criminal matters.  Mr. Wactlar has represented clients in the sports, garment, construction, printing, food, and financial services industries.

Mr. Wactlar’s litigation experience includes representing clients in several complex commercial disputes in federal and state court, as well as assisting with matters involving patent and trademark infringement.  He also assists clients in registering trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Mr. Wactlar counsels clients in matters regarding compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and has conducted an internal investigation of a multi-national corporation in cooperation with the United States Department of Justice.  

Mr. Wactlar devotes time to various pro bono representations involving intellectual property and immigration matters.
