Practice Experience
Mr. Zylberberg’s practice involves commercial financing, bank regulation and bankruptcy and workouts. Mr. Zylberberg has represented lenders in a variety of transactions, including financings of leveraged buyouts, asset-based financings, project financings, real estate financings, letter of credit facilities and restructurings and workouts of domestic and cross-border loans.
Mr. Zylberberg also has experience in privatization transactions. He has represented the Polish government in connection with a joint venture to build a flat glass plant in Poland and has advised the Slovenian government in connection with its program of economic sovereignty (including advising it regarding proposed privatization and banking legislation).
