Practice Experience
Brendan Driscoll focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, including energy, infrastructure and project finance, and equipment and facility leasing transactions.

Mr. Driscoll has assisted various clients based in Asia, the United States and Europe. Among other transactions, he has worked on the:
  • Representation of Pegasus Airlines of Turkey, Aviation Capital Group (ACG) and BOC Aviation in connection with several US Export-Import Bank-guaranteed financings of Boeing aircraft;
  • Representation of ACG in connection with the issuance of US Export-Import Bank-guaranteed notes in a capital markets offering that was exempt from registration requirements under Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933;
  • Representation of Dutch utility Essent Energie Productie B.V. and its parent company Essent N.V. as lessee counsel in connection with the corporate restructuring of Essent, compliance with legislation relating to the deregulation of the Dutch energy sector, and the restructuring of, and replacement of, collateral enhancement products related to several transactions from Essent's cross-border lease portfolio; and
  • Representation of Jefferies & Co. as initial purchaser in connection with Rule 144A senior secured note offerings.

He is active in pro bono matters, including representation of Acumen Fund, Inc.

While in law school, Mr. Driscoll completed internships with Hon. Denny Chin at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and with the Defence Office of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
