Britta Elsner-Gündel's principal area of practice is bank finance, in particular in relation to acquisition finance, investment grade financing (secured and unsecured) as well as real estate financing.

She advises national and international banks as well as private equity investors and strategic investors in domestic and cross-border finance transactions and refinancings in the German and European market, including all corporate, insolvency and restructuring law issues associated therewith.
