Bernd Nelißen advises companies as well as their shareholders and corporate bodies on all corporate law matters, M&A transactions and joint ventures.

He particularly focuses on complex corporate restructurings. Bernd Nelißen has extensive experience in domestic and international reorganizations of companies and in advising on company group law.

He also advises shareholders, managing directors, management and supervisory board members with regard to corporate governance and corporate compliance.
