Practice Experience

Barry Schachter is a member of the Capital Markets/Securities Group and is active in general securities and corporate matters. He has assisted clients in a variety of securities transactions including public equity offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings and private placements. He has also assisted clients with meeting their disclosure obligations under U.S. securities laws as well as complying with the rules of the NYSE and Nasdaq. Additionally, Mr. Schachter has advised clients on general corporate matters.

Mr. Schachter also has experience representing investors in private equity and hedge funds.
