Barry Schachter is a member of the Capital Markets/Securities Group and is active in general securities and corporate matters. He has assisted clients in a variety of securities transactions including public equity offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings and private placements. He has also assisted clients with meeting their disclosure obligations under US securities laws as well as complying with the rules of the NYSE and Nasdaq. Additionally, Mr. Schachter has advised clients on general corporate matters.

Mr. Schachter also represents investors, including sovereigns and foundations, in connection with their alternative asset investment programs, including their investments in private equity funds and hedge funds, seed investments, joint ventures and co-investment arrangements.
