Christel Alberti has been an associate in the tax team of the Corporate department of the Paris Office since June 2005. Her principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, international tax planning and corporate tax advice.

Christel Alberti has developed experience in acquisition scheme and assistance of corporations in their day-to-day activities.

Prior to joining White & Case, Christel Alberti worked as an associate in the tax department of another leading law firm for three years.
