Practice Experience

Charles Andersson advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, litigation and arbitration as well as on general corporate and commercial law. Mr. Andersson has advised leading Swedish and international corporations in connection with initial public offerings and other offerings on the Nordic Exchange as well as on cross border transactions with a focus on public M&A.

Mr. Andersson joined White & Case in 2004 as a trainee in the Stockholm Office. After a year as a law clerk he returned to the firm as an associate during 2006.
