Christian Bartels advises on real estate law with a focus on commercial tenancy and planning law as well as collateral security law.

Christian Bartels advises clients on the conclusion and implementation of commercial lease agreements, in particular with regard to lease agreements relating to special purpose property, lease agreements drafted on the basis of the building plan as well as retail lease agreements.

Furthermore, he regularly represents national and international real estate investors with regard to the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate and real estate portfolios. This includes the drafting of purchase agreements, project management and development agreements as well as financing agreements with banks. Many of his clients are situated in the Anglo-American region and Christian Bartels continuously provides them with bilingual advice.
