Practice Experience
Chris is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Capital Markets group. He undertakes a variety of capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions. Chris joined the Firm after practicing at a Canadian law firm for 6 years.

Representative transactions include:
  • Acting for Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as initial purchaser on the issue by CELF Loan Partners V Limited, a private company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of Ireland, of €165,655,000 notes, £70,465,000 notes and US$108,470,000 notes;
  • Acting for Citibank N.A., London Branch as arranger in relation to a proposed €250 million warehousing of a contemplated CDO transaction relating to Euro Atlantis CLO Limited;
  • Acting for Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as initial purchaser in relation to 2 tap issuances (November 2007 & February 2008) by Eurocredit Opportunities I PLC of €20 million of Class D-5 Subordinated Notes and €20 million of Intervening Notes;
  • Acting for NIBC Bank N.V. in its capacities as arranger and collateral manager on the issue by Scute Bali B.V., a Dutch SPV Issuer of senior floating rate and subordinated notes; and
  • Acting for Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as arranger and initial purchaser in the first ever European market value CLO restructuring, relating to Eurocredit Opportunities I PLC through the issuance of €450 million worth of Notes in Eurocredit Opportunities Parallel Funding I Limited.
