Practice Experience
Cindy Marzinzik's principal areas of practice as lawyer and certified tax advisor include German and international tax law.

She focuses on rendering advice to German and foreign companies on reorganizations, M&A transactions, acquisition structuring as well as on the taxation of financial service.

Furthermore, Ms. Marzinzik has a considerable expertise and specific knowledge in the area of the taxation of company pensions schemes and the taxation of expatriates.

Prior to joining White & Case Ms. Marzinzik worked several years as lawyer and tax advisor in another international law firm. In addition, she worked for a few month in the tax department of a German major bank where she in particular worked in the area of  structured finance transactions.
